Stable Cottage
This comfortable one-bedroom ground-floor cottage was originally called the Gin Case, where corn was threshed by horses turning a horizontal wheel - hence the curved feature wall inside. Your four-legged friends are more than welcome in this pet-friendly accommodation.
Stable Cottage
Facilities
- Large master bedroom complete with super-king bed
- Bathroom with WC, bath and separate walk-in shower
The self-catering cottage has easy access from the courtyard where there is a designated parking space. There is a very large bedroom with either a super-king bed or two singles. In the lounge, the sofa also converts into a double bed for extra guests if required.
The main window looks south and, from the sitting room, there are double glass doors leading through to the kitchen/dining room with a dining table and modern kitchen equipment (no dishwasher). From the kitchen window there are fantastic views of our gardens across to Binsey, the most northerly hill in the Lake District.
