Parkergate is very easy to find as we are just of the A591 between Keswick and Bassenthwaite, in the North West of the Lake District National Park.

FROM THE SOUTH:
Leave the M6 motorway at junction 40. Take the A66 towards Keswick. After 16 miles bypass Keswick and continue for 1 mile to a roundabout. Take the A591 signed for Carlisle and continue for 5 miles passing Mirehouse and the Ravenstone Hotel on the right.

Continue for approx 0.25 miles and you will see the white house "Parkergate" on the left. Register the first gate and turn in at the second.

FROM THE NORTH:
From Carlisle take the A595 signed towards Wigton & Keswick. At Bothel, turn left and follow the A591 signed Keswick. Pass the Castle Inn and continue towards Keswick for approximately 1 mile until you pass a sign and road on the left for Orthwaite.

At this point slow down and the next house on your right is "Parkergate". If possible, please use this entrance, but if you miss it, take the next entrance on the right and through the gate.
